Aftersales & Service

We recognise the importance of reliable aftersales support. We know our customers depend on their equipment to be in operation on a daily basis and any downtime from faults or servicing issues can be costly for your business. Our aftersales support provides you with peace of mind, so any issues can be quickly diagnosed and a fast, reliable solution offered to keep things running smoothly.

We provide repair and servicing for any product purchased from us, even if the warranty period has expired, we can still fix most common problems. With our spare parts department fully stocked with all major and minor components, we are able to ship directly to you anywhere in the world.

We don’t currently offer on-site repairs. If the fault with the equipment can be diagnosed over the phone, we can arrange a replacement part to be disatched by overnight courier. A local engineer / electrician may be able to assist with the fitting / repair. If you need more help or advice, call our service line on 0203 151 9850

Please note:

Most warranties will not cover wear and tear damage, issues caused by limescale or misuse of the equipment. Please follow the maintainence guidance provided with the products you purchased. Whilst we expect our equipment to last many, many years, if the machines are used for prolonged hours without servicing, this may lead to issues (like limescale build-up) occuring which may not be spotted until a fault has arisen.
